Vintage 2007 [Tuesday, 29th May 2007]

Well, Vintage 2007 came some six weeks earlier than last year! This was due mainly to a very even budburst across the vineyard coupled with some unusually high temperatures accelerating the ripening process. So with all done and dusted in 31 days flat, the wines are looking fantastic and our clients are also very pleased with the quality of fruit they received this vintage.

In other news, get ready for the release of the Chalice Bridge 2007 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, 2007 Sauvignon Blanc and our new 2007 Classic White in June. These whites are some of the first 2007 vintage to come out of Margaret River and are looking fantastic!
